My husband and I love kim's Fine jewelry for the quality and service Kim provides. She remembers us and gives personal attention to our needs and what we are looking for. I appreciate that she backs the quality of her jewelry and lends recommendations. I can always find something unique and not commercial at her store, which I appreciate a 1 of a kind . Her personal service today was appreciated and made the difference in a sale to be honest. My husband was very patient where i was not so much with our sales person who I felt was not listening the way she should have been and was not in my opinion, handling the customer well, BUT that is a first for me at Kim's and kim came out, took care of us and we were happy!!!! I am sure this staff associate will learn from the experience because that is how kim works and wants her customers to be taken care of. If looking for quality jewelry and committed to supporting your local vendors, look no further and go in her store!!!!!!
The best customer service I have ever experienced. They also did an amazing job fixing my gold chain. I called around other jewelry repair shops in Charleston. They had a wait time of 3 to 4 weeks. Kim’s got my repair done in 24 hours. 10 out of 10 would recommend will be bringing all of my jewelry to them.
Kim's Fine Jewelry is amazing. Amazing customer service and beautiful jewelry with many options to choose from. There attention to detail is superior. I went in to have jewelry cleaned and repaired. Danny and his coworker were so friendly, inspected my jewelry, and were able to repair it that week. Danny also cleaned and polished it so good that it looks brand new. Outstanding customer service, and affordable prices compared to other stores in Charleston. Its so important to shop small and local in this economy.
What a outstanding place. Staff is pleasant and very helpful. I wanted a cross urn and neckless for my beloved dog Milo and they went above and beyond to make it the way I want. Get prices and even better service. They even sealed the cross so it will never open or unscrew. Thank you Kim, Sandy, and the rest of the staff I couldn't be happier. I would give you 10 stars if I could!!! Highly recommend!!!!
I recently decided to have my stone rest in my engagement ring from white gold to yellow gold and went to Kim’s Fine Jewelry as I know they have beautiful and unique pieces. Firstly, I cannot say enough about the amazing staff at Kim’s. They spent time with me and were sweet and as accommodating as they were able to be. I found the perfect yellow gold setting and am thrilled with the quality!! It’s simply beautiful!! I also brought them an heirloom piece that needed repair, they brought this 40 year old piece of jewelry it back to life. I would only ever trust Kim with my stones/jewelry. If you’re looking for beautiful, unique and quality jewelry…go see Kim. You won’t be disappointed!!!
